Claire James

Claire James joined MCP in 2000, and was made a Partner in July 2017. She has worked in Property Law for over 20 years and  specialises in  residential conveyancing, the buying and selling of property including land, new builds, shared ownership purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leases and equity releases. 

Claire qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2010. She has always lived locally and has a high level of local knowledge which she has put to good use in dealing with the practicalities of conveyancing transactions.

Claire manages our Wisbech office and also runs the conveyancing department there.

Outside work, Claire enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter together with their dog Elvis. She is involved with her daughter's school and is a Parish Councillor for her village.
