Ty Bond

Ty is a Solicitor at the Firm. He joined MCP in 2021 as a Legal Assistant and progressed to his Training Contract later that year. He qualified as a solicitor in 2023.

Ty has spent time with a number of different departments in the firm including Crime and Private Client, whilst maintaining his role in the Property Department throughout. He has qualified into the Property Department dealing with a variety of residential and commercial property matters.

These include the purchase and sale of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold residential properties, including new builds and dealing with lease extensions. He also deals with the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties and dealing with commercial leases, acting for landlords or tenants.

Prior to joining MCP Ty obtained a Law Degree at the University of Essex and a Masters Degree in Law whilst studying for the LPC with the University of Law (University of East Anglia Campus).

Out of the office Ty enjoys watching and playing football for his local club.
