Samantha Skelding

Samantha qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and joined MCP in November 2022.

She is experienced in drafting straightforward Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications. She also handles the administration of straightforward and some complex estates and the day to day running of Deputyship/Attorney files where the firm has been appointed as Deputy.

Out of the office Samantha enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, going on long walks with her two cocker spaniels and good food.
