George joined MCP in May 2021 with a Master’s Degree in law for which he received a distinction.  Since then he has also received a distinction in his Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice.  George is completing his qualifying experience and expects to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2025.

George deals with all aspects of relationship breakdown including divorce, financial disputes between married and unmarried couples and child arrangements.  He has experience dealing with all levels of cases.  He is committed to a pragmatic and non-confrontational approach and will always work to keep costs at a manageable level where possible.

George has particular expertise in cases with a domestic abuse component. This is where  clients are accused of domestic abuse or for clients who are a victim of domestic abuse, but in either case where they are not eligible for legal aid or who would prefer to instruct him privately.  George also has an interest in cases that involve benefits and welfare law.

George previously worked as a lecturer in English literature.  Out of work hours he manages a charity called Feed Fenland which serves hot food to people in need in Wisbech and March.  He is involved in the local business community and represents the firm at Business Network International (BNI).
