Emma Cooper

Emma Cooper

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has built up over 18 years of experience in all aspects of Family Law.   Emma joined MCP in 2019 and is a solicitor within the firm.

Emma spent her early career in Suffolk specialising in Family Law, including divorce, children, and financial disputes between both married and unmarried couples. She was the Head of Family Law at her previous firm.

Since joining MCP, she has developed her knowledge in dealing with increasingly complex financial cases involving high net assets, pensions, and business assets.

Emma is also equally happy to advise on child arrangement matters and deals with all levels of cases in this arena, including those which proceed on a contested basis to Court.

Emma is happy to assist and advise on all levels of case and her main commitment is to a non-confrontational approach.  She always seeks to understand each individual client and to help all parties to the dispute to look for a practical and amicable settlement that can work for all involved.
