Amy Browning

Amy qualified as a solicitor in January 2011 and joined MCP in June 2016.

Amy has extensive experience of dealing with the administration of estates, and in the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Amy handles estates at varying levels of complexity, from relatively straightforward to those where there are substantial assets requiring full Inheritance Tax forms to be completed and applications for Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief.
