Toni Cunnington

Toni joined MCP in June 2017 and is a Trainee Legal Executive in the Property Department. She has many years of experience in working in Property Law and deals with a variety of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases on both registered and unregistered titles, transfers of equity, equity release and re-mortgages.

Toni has gained her CILEx Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice, with a Distinction in Conveyancing and will now be working towards the next stage of training.

Toni lives in Peterborough with her family and has a high level of local knowledge which assists her conveyancing transactions. She also assists in the day to day running of the Conveyancing department at the Peterborough office.
