Kate D’Aloia
Kate is a Chartered Legal Executive Advocate in the Criminal Defence department at MCP, having joined the firm in 2019 and qualifying in 2024. She is an Accredited Police Station Representative and holds Rights of Audience, allowing her to represent clients throughout the criminal justice process.
She regularly advises and represents clients at the police station during interviews under caution, ensuring they receive clear advice at a crucial stage of the investigation. She also undertakes advocacy at the Magistrates’ Court, dealing with a wide range of criminal matters across all types of offences and specialising in Road Traffic proceedings.
Kate prepares high-profile cases for the Crown Court, working closely with counsel on matters ranging from serious violence and sexual offences to complex fraud and drugs supply cases.
