Clare Campbell
Clare joined MCP in 2025 and has worked in Family Law since 2010, having worked her way up from Receptionist to Family Law Advisor. She had a particular interest in family matters and was keen to pursue a career in family law to help people in what can be a very difficult time in their lives.
Clare has over 10 years of experience in children matters. She has assisted clients in a range of cases, to include negotiating child arrangements through written communication, all the way through to complex court proceedings regarding jurisdiction and capacity issues. With vast experience in representing clients in Court, she has a sound understanding of the Court’s powers and the likely outcomes of proceedings. This ensures clients are provided with thorough advice and can make informed decisions about their case throughout.
Clare also deals with divorce and has many years’ experience in such cases, and she handles financial disputes arising from divorce and separation.
Whether it be a dispute about your children or financial issues arising from your separation , Clare can advise you as to the best approach in obtaining the outcome you are seeking. She will always explore whether matters can be dealt with by agreement and is a skilled negotiator but will advise and handle court disputes where those are necessary to resolve matters.
