Andrew Davies

Andrew is an experienced commercial property lawyer with a particular specialism in development work.

He deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, leases and associated aspects. Andrew also deals with agricultural property transactions, including leases, and with residential development, site acquisition, planning agreements and plot disposals.

Having qualified in 1989, he has been with MCP since 1994 and is now the Managing Partner.

As Managing Partner of the firm, Andrew uses his business experiences to take a hands-on approach to running a successful firm (MCP has grown in size, opened a new office in Ely and relocated to modern premises in Peterborough). Andrew brings this experience to assist with client's business affairs, being particularly able to take commercially minded decisions to achieve a satisfactory conclusion for his clients rather than letting legal arguments get in the way of a deal.
