Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and joined MCP in the same year. He became a Partner in the firm in 1987.
During his career Paul has dealt with most areas of law, but now specialises in Property, Employment, Commercial, Litigation and Wills and Probate. In each of those areas he has many years of experience and handles work at all levels of complexity.
His Property work covers residential and commercial conveyancing including freehold and leasehold transactions, developments of site, option and easements.
In Employment matters Paul's work includes advising employers on contracts, handbooks and procedures including disciplinary procedures and dealing with poor performance and sickness absences. Paul represents both Employers and Employees at Employment tribunals and is a very experienced advocate. Paul is a member of the The Employment Lawyers Association.
In Litigation Paul's work includes commercial contract disputes, boundary disputes, Landlord and Tenant disputes and some contested probates.
In Commercial matters Paul deals with partnership issues, shareholders agreements and the acquisition and disposal of businesses.
Paul deals with preparation of Wills and Probate matters and supervises trainees who deal with this work at the Wisbech office.
Paul is the firm's Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Money Laundering Compliance Officer.
