Making Tax Digital Seminar 27th November

If you are a VAT registered business over the £85,000 threshold there are major legislative changes coming that will affect your business.

Why act now ? Making Tax Digital is the biggest change in UK VAT legislation in recent history and means that from April 2019 businesses above the VAT threshold (£85,000) will need to submit their VAT returns through commercial software. From April 2019 you will be unable to submit VAT returns through the HMRC gateway and will need to find another solution to ensure you are compliant.

MCP is taking part in a  Making Tax Digital Seminar in conjunction with Farmplan, Mapus-Smith & Lemmon accountants and Barclays Bank on 27th November in King's Lynn, starting at 9.30am for approximately 3 hours.  Each of the speakers are experts in their own field and offer a range of solutions for your business and will be available for questions throughout the morning.

The seminar will offer the following:

  • Making Tax Digital Overview - how it affects you. HM Revenue and Customs Making Tax Digital Full Requirements presented by Mapus-Smith & Lemmon LLP
  • Farmplan Software Solutions, presented by Farmplan
  • Agricultural and banking update, presented by Barclays Bank
