New MCP Partners and Associate

MCP is pleased to announce the promotion of Lorraine Campbell and Claire James as Partners of the firm (from 1st July 2017) and Sarah Gregory as an Associate on 1st January 2018.

All three ladies started their careers as either office juniors or junior secretaries and have worked their way up through the ranks to become Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants and ultimately passing the exams with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives to become Chartered Legal Executives.

Claire and Lorraine both specialise in residential property matters and have helped hundreds of clients move home successfully over the years. Andrew Davies, MCP's Managing Partner and Head of Property said "I am so pleased to welcome both Lorraine and Claire into the Partnership." 

Sarah Gregory specialises in Wills and Probate matters. Sarah is a Full Accredited Member of the Solicitors for the Elderly. She has also studied for and obtained a Diploma in Trust and Estates Law from the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner.

Sarah has also been appointed Head of MCP's Wills and Probate department. Simon Scott, Partner of MCP and former Head of the Wills & Probate department said "I am delighted to not only warmly welcome Sarah as an Associate, but also to be able to pass on the baton of department Head to someone so eminently capable."
