Tis the season to be merry....or so Elfis thought.  His work Christmas party was always a night to remember but this year it's for all the wrong reasons. 

After a year spent working hard, making all those toys, monitoring all the children, keeping the 'Naughty' and 'Nice list constantly updated all  the workers of North Pole Limited wanted to let their hair down.  Santa paid for the bar and the good times were rolling....

Until Elfis had to go a little too far and now he's facing a Disciplinary Hearing.  He's never had one before and doesn't even know how to begin.  What are his rights? How will this affect his future emplyment?  He's all in a panic and needs help.
