A vacancy for a lawyer has arisen in our Company and Commercial Department.

We seek a competent Commercial lawyer to work in our Company and Commercial Department based in Thetford, Norfolk. The work is of a general commercial nature, including company sales and purchases, own share purchases, corporate restructuring, director removals, negotiation and preparation of Shareholder Agreements, bespoke Articles of Association and company formations. A number of the clients are agricultural.

The successful candidate will have a sympathy for business, an appreciation of commercial issues and an ambition to be part of an established and growing team.
