You then have the choice of choosing either individual documents or the entire divorce package which can be cheaper than buying the documents separately.

You will need to have to hand your marriage certificate. It would be better to have the original as this will need to be filed with the Court once you are ready to file the papers.

You also need to check which is your local County Court which is where we would recommend you file the papers, although you can issue out of any County Court and in certain circumstances the High Court http://hmctscourtfinder.justice.gov.uk/HMCTS/

Our online system does not cover advice in relation to financial or children's issues, although there is no reason why following an initial appointment that all such matters cannot be dealt with electronically or by telephone.
