MCP Solicitors and Public Funding
The Criminal Law team with MCP Solicitors has been awarded a Category 1 status with the Legal Services Commission to provide publicly funded defence work. Our lawyers provide Police Station advice and assistance twenty-four hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five days a year at any Police Station in the country.
With our experienced team of advocates, our clients will be confident that they will receive the best possible representation in the Magistrates' Courts. We also regularly provide agency work for other firms of solicitors.
In more serious cases our team of Criminal lawyers, which include High Court Advocates and experienced Caseworkers, will ensure that your case is fully prepared.

In addition, due to our location we have acquired experience and expertise in providing advice and representation to military personnel in connection with proceedings before Courts Martial.
