Simon Scott has been with MCP since 1989 and qualified as a Solicitor within the firm.
Simon now undertakes primarily Wills and Probate work and is Head of the firm’s department. He holds a Diploma in Trusts and Estates Law from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and he is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner. Simon also undertakes a substantial amount of Civil Litigation work, specialising in contentious Probate claims and Personal Injury work.
He has for very many years been a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme.
