Richard Carlson had been in practice for over 37 years and with a strong background in criminal law. In 1979, he advised his first national retailer within the DIY sector regarding a serious incident in a store in Sheffield. Since then he has acted extensively for a number of nationally known retail companies regarding a wide variety of retail issues. A previous Senior Partner of the office. Now a non practising Solicitor he works with MCP Solicitors as a Consultant.
In addition to representing clients in Criminal Court, he also has considerable experience with appeals against prohibition, improvement and enforcement notices. He also advises as to preventative measures designed to avoid Court appearances.
