Ben has been with MCP Solicitors since 1995 and trained with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 1997 and becoming a Partner in 2002. Ben is head of the dispute resolution department and focuses on personal injury work. He also acts for clients involved in major commercial disputes and is a strong advocate of mediation as a way of achieving a resolution in such cases.
The Legal 500 stated Ben "excels in RTAs and employers' liability".
Aside from dispute resolution his other main area of work is employment law, dealing with both non contentious matters such as employment contracts and TUPE transfers, through to contested cases often involving proceedings in an Employment Tribunal.
