Andy Spence joined MCP Solicitors in 1996, and since qualifying in 1999 has specialised in Criminal Law. He conducts a high volume of public prosecutions for the Department for Work and Pensions as well as undertaking general defence work, both privately and publicly funded. He is a member of three separate Duty Solicitor Schemes and secretary to the local Criminal Law Committee.
