Andrew Davies has been with MCP Solicitors since 1993. Andrew has extensive experience in dealing with commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises and commercial leases (acting for both landlord and tenant). Andrew also assists the Business Support Group with the property aspects of business acquisitions and sales.
Andrew also deals with residential property, including residential development site acquisition and plot disposals.
Andrew makes a point of communicating with his clients in a client friendly manner so the clients always understand what is happening. Andrew prides himself in being able to take commercial minded decisions to achieve a satisfactory conclusion for his clients rather than letting esoteric legal arguments get in the way of a deal!
Andrew heads the firm's Property Business Group, is the Managing Partner of the Thetford Office and also the IT Partner.
