New Online services for Family, Divorce, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
We are pleased to announce that we can now offer online legal services in the areas of Family Law (including divorce), Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. This exciting development comes amid growing demand from our clients for more flexible working practices.
This service means that our clients can read documents online at a time to suit them and reduce their legal bill by filling in these documents themselves. At a time when more and more people are using the internet on a daily basis, this development is an important step in modernising the way we work. It avoids the need to have to come to our offices although we will usually speak to clients at some point during the process. This is very much a complementary service as there may well be other aspects of the case which cannot be done over the internet.
