MCP 1st in Norfolk to gain National CQS Accreditation

Metcalfe Copeman & Pettefar Solicitors ("MCP") are pleased to announce that they have been accredited by the Law Society in the new Conveyancing Quality Scheme ("CQS")

Andrew Davies, Head of MCP Property Department, said "The public recognise that their house move as a huge decision and a major investment and it is important that they have confidence in who is undertaking their work. But how can consumers, client or introducers really differentiate between the many different providers of legal services, be it Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or others?

With the CQS there is now a genuine and robust kite mark for quality conveyancing services.

Added to the new Conveyancing Protocol, which encourages a proactive approach, this should ensure the quickest and smoothest process possible.

As a practice, MCP want to stand out from the crowd. CQS is another marker by which we have achieved this and we are very pleased indeed that the Law Society have recognised MCP as one of the first tranche of firms accredited in the country. In fact, we are the first firm in the whole of Norfolk and the third in Cambridgeshire.

With the use of all the latest and modern technology and procedures coupled with this Quality Assurance Scheme MCP can be confident in meeting the challenges of the future."
