A client recently requested that we send them their Will. We happily did this, but also enquired as to why it was needed. The client explained that it was needed by some people giving advice on setting up a Trust for them. We swiftly explained that we had staff who were extremely knowledgeable in this field and would happily help them. It also turned out that the other company were going to charge a huge amount more for this work and would not understand the client's situation as well as MCP, who had known them for some time.
